The room was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The elevators were slow and crowded, making it frustrating to get around. Enjoyed the convenient location near restaurants, and the breakfast had a good variety. Beware of the additional parking fee. Would recommend stopping by the nearby cafe for a tasty Hungarian stew.

Staff was friendly and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I appreciated the delicious breakfast variety. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. Fast Wi-Fi made my stay pleasant. some areas need attention. The bathroom design was awkward; the sink faucet placement was poorly thought out. The parking fee felt unnecessary. I noticed some staff appeared unkempt, which was surprising given the otherwise elegant atmosphere. The temperature control was inconsistent, and I struggled with sound from the hall occasionally. With some improvements, this could be an exceptional stay. Despite minor inconveniences, it was a solid experience overall.

Hyatt Place Denver Cherry Creek offers a fantastic location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The standout was the bartender, who skillfully managed busy nights, ensuring every guest left satisfied. Despite minor issues with renovations and things cooling too quickly, the staff was responsive and attentive.

We caught a game at Infinity Stadium and Park, then hit up the coolest rooftop bar with killer views. The rooms were clean, cozy, and the wifi was lightning fast - perfect for sharing our adventures online!
Would've loved a more happening nightlife scene around the hotel for us to dance the night away after our daytime adventures.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that I was just a brisk walk away from several lovely parks like Mir Park and Infinity Park, and there were many great dining options just a few minutes away, such as Smashburger and Tuscany Restaurant & Lounge; plus, the hotel itself had friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room that made my stay enjoyable. breakfast could be improved with faster replenishment of food items.

I can't believe I was charged for parking when I didn't even have a car! When I asked for a refund, they took more money from me and the staff didn't seem to care. Total chaos and no apology.

The room was spacious with stunning views, although the air conditioning struggled to cool it down. Breakfast was solid, but the fruit ran out quickly. Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service, leading to long waits. On the plus side, the desk setup was perfect for working, and the maintenance staff resolved my shower issue in no time. I'd definitely consider staying again despite a few hiccups.

The parking was private and very convenient. Breakfast had lots of choices including gluten-free options.

The handicap king room was very clean and beautifully set up. The king bed was super comfortable, not too firm, and the pillows were soft, though made with feathers. I appreciated the spacious bathroom with a sliding door and reliable hot water, though the faucet's placement caused some counter splashing. I enjoyed the coffee options available all day, and the TV with Chromecast was a nice feature for downtime. no in-room safe was available, and my room wasn’t serviced regularly, leading to running out of essentials. The overall layout was convenient but a bit awkward for walking accessibility.

The bed was comfortable, which was a huge plus for me after a long day of traveling. the noise levels from other guests in the hallways and neighboring rooms were quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast spread - it was delicious and offered a nice start to the day. The bathroom was modern and spacious, but the lighting could have been brighter, especially for doing makeup. I also found it inconvenient that there was an extra charge for parking, considering there was ample parking available. On the downside, I was disappointed to find that there was no pool, even though it was advertised. The room itself had some maintenance issues, like a loud AC in the bathroom and a lack of proper cooling in the main area. The staff, aside from one helpful person, didn't seem very attentive and struggled with cleaning schedules. while there were some positives like the comfortable bed and good breakfast, the noise levels, parking fees, and maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel was spotless, and in a great area. we found an ev charger and an awesome restaurant nearby. the staff were super quick in solving a pet issue, and they were intelligent and perceptive.

Our last-minute decision to book with the Hyatt Place turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The manager and every single employee provided A++ hospitality. The housekeeper even greeted us every morning with a smile and a cup of coffee.

Buffet breakfast was decent, elevators were quick, and free parking was a plus. Enjoyed an upgrade to a suite with a nice view. Location was convenient, and the AC worked well.
One elevator was out of order, leading to long wait times. Restricted access to certain areas like using the statues door was inconvenient.

we were very happy with the "free" breakfast - there was always something there for everyones taste. scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit. as far as the "restaurant" goes - it was just okay. they were having trouble with the ovens while we were there so our pizza was burned but they didn't charge us so that was a nice touch. the service was beyond excellent. whatever they could do to help you out they did so with a smile. so for the little short comings i would stay again just because of the staff. I loved having a coffee pot in the room - love my coffee first thing before getting dressed to go for breakfast. all in all very nice place

The kids were thrilled watching the game, and the location was perfect for us to explore the area and grab some delicious snacks. Definitely a memorable family outing!
My wife says that a play area for kids would be a great addition.

I chose Hyatt Place for its convenient location near Cherry Creek, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary car parking. , The Gallery Kitchen restaurant provided delicious American cuisine, and the free WiFi throughout the property was a great convenience.
